Sleep 101
First and third Friday of every month, from 3-4pm. Student Services Bldg. Room 207.  Starting Sept. 21, 2012.
For students who are having sleep problems or who simply wish to know how to sleep better.

2nd & 4th Thursday each month from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Counseling Center, Student Services Bldg, room 207. Free one-session workshop. Just drop-in, no need to sign up. Learn about: How self-esteem is formed; how it can affect academic performance, relationships, and psychological well being; and ways to enhance your level of self‐esteem.
